hmm strange ?? I have added the following into the pb folder pbucon.use pbbans_hub.cfg and made sure pb_sv_load pbbans_hub.cfg is in the pbsv.cfg, I then restarted pb and issued the pb_sv_uconlist cmd via rcon and below is the output. 19:22:29:> pb_sv_uconlist ------------------------- ET PB Server: [slot] [Type] [Mask] [Name] ET PB Server: 1 1 63.171.64.245 pbbans ET PB Server: End of PB UCON Profile List (1 Entry) thsi is how i set it up on my other server (213.253.57.22:28000) any ideas :blink:

server ip : 213.200.95.60 server port : 27971 hub game : enemy territory clantag : -=et2=- this is our second server on the hub :) (hopefully lol)

nah you cant get around a hardware ban by just deleting the etkey :) But it aint hard to get around one tbh :( There is no 100% way to ban anyone from your server but the aim is to make it as troublesome and anoying as possible for someone to keep going to the trouble to play on your server, after all there are plenty of other servers that cater for these idiots.

which ip ?? if you want to connect via the net to a server behind your own router then you launch the server and try to connect to it using the wan ip ( routers external ip) make sure that you forward all relivant ports from the outside world to your correct internal ip. eg: wan ip 213.213.213.213 lan ip 192.168.0.2 so your server is running on the lan ip but to connect to it from the web you use the wan ip. Making sure ports are forwarded or open HTH
