1.) A Clean GUID is a GUID that has not been caught cheating (yet ? :P)
You cannot access clean GUIDs information as you are not a Streaming Game Admin (SGA). Which means you don't actively stream to us atm.
2.) This means this alias was not found in our player database.

Well, more precisely, he won't be able to play on a PBBans protected server with either the Enforce Bans flag enabled or an up to date banlist.
So I guess this server you played on was not linked to PBBans, and as I can't find it in any game tracker website I'm thinking it isn't PB enabled as well.

Your application has not been reviewed by an admin yet, please be patient, it shouldn't be long, it's just that everybody here has a life outside of PBBans :P
In order to make sure your server is ready to stream as soon as added, simply issue a pb_sv_uconlist command through RCON and you should see the pbbanshub entry.
If you do and the pb_sv_USessionLimit is higher than 0 then your server will be able to stream when we add it to our system.
Application review should be done within the incoming hours, don't worry ;)

To set up streaming to us you should read our Hub Guide
Then apply for a Team Account via the Application Form - Make sure that info such as clan name, server IP, clan tag are well entered in your forum profile before you apply.
(You will have to wait for an admin to accept your application.)
And finally add your second server via your Team Account.
(And then again you'll have to wait for an admin to add your servers to our system.)
Unfortunately, we won't be able to ban the players you caught cheating with pbss as your server wasn't streaming at the time the screenshots were taken.

Welcome any how and merry christmas :)
So let me sum up the differents steps to set up streaming to PBBans :
1. Set up your server, which you seem to have done via RCON.
2. Apply for a Team Account : http://www.pbbans.com/account_application.php
3. Wait for a PBBans Admin to accept your application & add your server to our system.
Once all of this is done, you should see your server streaming on the MSI
Edit :
I can see you've already done all this and have a Team Account, but your server is not correctly set up for streaming yet, please follow the streaming guide once again in order to make sure you didn't miss anything.

There's no use asking, it will be done as soon as a PBBans Admin has some free time to check it and add it.
And that's to say right now :)

All brand new SoF2 games are now sold with the same CD Key which implies same GUID.
Then if one of the players with this GUID cheats, which happens regularly, the GUID gets banned.
So we now have a problem with all new players to SoF2 being banned...
Please blame the video game company for doing such a silly thing.

There's no employees at PBBans, we are all volunteers. :rolleyes:With a reply like this, PBbans really need to screen their employee's/ volunteers a little btr...
About the streaming problem :
Are you sure you pressed the right button in BF2142CC ? the one with the C:\> icon and not did just send it by pressing enter or clicking the other button ?

I can't see why it couldn't happen.
Just get two computers on a LAN sharing a single internet connection and you get 2 players with same IP, nothing wrong.
