I have run the automated setup numerous times and can not get our NFO server to stream. PB is up and running but no luck yet. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

This is very good news. My clan has 3 COD4 servers streaming and will add our FFoW servers once we have PB inplace.

This happened to me this past weekend. I was Lvl 55 and went to play with some clanmates. Got on the COD4 server and for some reason I was now only ranked 22 but all the challenges that I completed when I was rank 55 stayed. Of course I was mad as hell and did some quick searching for a viable solution and all I came up with was to start ranking up on my own all over again. Now every time I rank up I copy my profile to my desktop and continue playing. Honestly I am sure I will feel good when I hit 55 again because this will be my second time at 55 x 2 = 110 :D Sorry to say but the only legit way to rank up is to start playing all over again as I am doing.

Well here is an interesting piece I will add to this. All was fine before I left for Christmas holidays. I returned home fired up the computer and joined a server some of my other clan mates were in. About 5 min in I got kicked for the exact same thing (len=2048). I know my server is running all the MD5 and CVAR checks so I joined it and ran around for about 15 min with no problem at all. I rejoined the server my guys were in and again I was kicked for the same thing. This has only happened on the one server so could it be a bad setting on the server that could be causing this? I am not worried about it, I just find it odd that I changed nothing and got booted from this one server.

As I said before dobbs I am willing to send you both our pbsv.cfg and pbsvuser.cfg files if you need them so you can see how I have them setup know. They have both been streaming for over 4 days straight with no problems at all. Multiplay has a weird way of setting up their servers and it took me weeks to figure out a fix. Let me know what you need and I will help you as much as I can.

Don't go back to Psb. :( Worst case is, I can send you a copy our pbsv.cfg and pbsvuser.cfg file and you can look at them if you would like. Multiplay servers have a very different setup for PB. Contact me through here or xfire if you want. I know how frustrating it can be to get your servers streaming right. It took me a long while to figure it out on my own. Another possible solution is to copy and paste your pbsvuser.cfg and pbsv.cfg in here or PM it to me and I can look at it. Make sure you edit out any passwords before posting or sending it. Lets get this fixed.

FYI our 2 Multiplay servers have now been streaming for over 16 hours without dropping off once since I edited the pbsvuser.cfg file. I hope this works for you

Here is what I found lastnight but may not be the same on your server setup. I found that on our Multiplay servers the pbsv.cfg and pbsvuser.cfg were one file. On our U.S. server these are 2 completely seperate files. I will post 2 possible solutions. My suggestion to you is to see if you can edit the pbsv.cfg as your pbsvuser.cfg seems to be setup the same as our U.S server. Once I did edit the file and rebooted our servers they started streaming on their own and have now been streaming for over 8 straight hours which is a record for these two servers. Dobbs can you copy and paste the last six lines of one of you servers pbsvuser.cfg file in here for me. I edited both of our Multiplay pbsvuser.cfg files and as soon as I rebooted the servers they started streaming on their own. I will check them again in the morning ans see if they are still going.

Dobbs I am having the same problem with 2 of my clans Multiplay servers while our U.S. server keeps on ticking. I am working on it and will hopefully have an answer for you soon.

I admin 3 COD4 servers. 1 in the U.S. and 2 in Europe. The one server in the U.S. keeps streaming no matter what but the 2 Euro servers stop streaming at least 2 times a day if not more. I have tried this command to get them both back up pb_sv_ver but it does not work. I always have to go throught this routine: pb_sv_writecfg pbucon.use pb_sv_restart Wait for PB to restart (Approx 10-30 seconds) pb_sv_USessionLimit 3 pb_sv_uconadd 1 64.27.21.46 pbbanshub pbbanshub pb_sv_task 0 7200 pb_sv_ver pb_sv_AutoUpdBan 1 pb_sv_writecfg I do not have FTP access to these 2 servers so my question is, is there a easy way to keep them streaming or do I have to go through this procedure each time they drop ofline? As Bob said stream to PBBANS. You won't regret it. I tried the Rcon utility from codhq but came accross a better one at rconfiles. It is in Beta still but it is updated quickly and you can setup mutiple servers so you can point click and logged in. Hope this helps.

I see other applications that were requested after mine have already been processed. Is there something I am missing? We had some server issues yesterday and it was down for a while but it is back up and running. Thanks for your time. cc//Buzzed
