Hello, I signed on to PBBANS today and noticed all my servers are not steaming. 75.102.39.40:25200, 75.102.38.40:10030, 75.102.38.23:16567, 75.102.38.215:16567 I have went through them all and resent the commands and still nothing. I tried restarting all the servers and still none are streaming. I don't know what else to do, please help. Thank you

I have heard of this but never had the experiance yet. I have been asked to stop shooting and if it was OK to glitch. I never stopped shooting and I said if the server gets the SS of the glitch I will ban him because we don't allow glitching on the server. He left and I never saw him again. :D

Well I couldn't find anything anywhere so I reinstalled the server. But after I reinstalled it I realized what happened. Lucky for me BranZone kept a backup and reinstalled everything for me. The main problem that was causing the messages not to scroll was. Since my messages were in the "svrmsgs.cfg" file there wasn't a command in the "pbsv.cfg" to run them. So I added "pb_sv_load svrmsgs.cfg" to the "pbsv.cfg" file and all is good now. Thank you everyone for your help. I appreciate everything and your time.

OK I restarted PB and still no go. I do get a message at the bottom of the screen when I join the server. Not sure if it's normal. Message states: "PunkBuster Client: Warning: PB Kicks for Non-Standard Characters and all PB Restrictions on this server" I also ran the task list command and it displayed the following messages. "PunkBuster Server: PB Scheduled Task List: [slot #] [First] [Every] [Command]" and "PunkBuster Server: End of PB Task List (0 Tasks) Hope that info helps. I will now start searching files for the other task empty command. However I don't have the pbsvuser.cfg file.

Would I log into the in-game Rcon and type the pb_sv_tlist command there? If so would it be /rcon pb_sv_tlist Also what is the command to restart PB? I will also search the other files for the task empty command. Anyone's you think I should look in first? Thanks

Is it possible for you to show me an example. I am sorry guys I am new to the Rcon thing. I mainly run BF2 Servers through BF2CC. I am learning the rcon thing and have done OK so far. The messages were scrolling just fine before the changes to the server were made and/or I got the lastest COD4CC software. NOTE: Just looked I don't have a pbsvuser.cfg file.

The thing is it worked before just fine I didn't change anything in this file. The messages just don't scroll. I will try what you suggest though. Hello, I tried to get help at CoDHq.com and they have sent me here thinking something was conflicting in one of the PB files. I have included all my posts that are in their forums so hopefully someone here can help me out. Basically, I changed my map rotation, Server Name and Set Hard Core and now my ingame Pb-task messages don't scrolling in game. I have tried everything I could think of even reloading the stuff back to the way it was and still no messages. I thought maybe the Hard Core setting did it but I set everything back to the way it was before I changed and still no messages. I also restarted the server and I believe Punkbuster but and not 100% sure on restarting PunkBuster I did it through COD4CC. RodeoBob is there a list or the adminmap the only way to see the other greeting messages?

I already have the Hello Players name Welcome to the server greeting but I wanted to add the rest without using the adminmap software if possible.

Hello, I was on a server and when it the Hub Greeting displayed the welcome message for the player it also listed his global score, favorite kit and vehicle and many other things. Is there a command list so I can add this to my welcome message that currently only displays the player name? Thanks

Thank you again for the replies. I was thinking of removing it but wanted some more info and I think I will keep it flying for now. I feel like I want to catch the loser hackers so they don't move on is why I was going to remove my message but like it was mentioned if the message alone keeps them away then it's all good with me. Hello, I was just curious to know if other admins tell players of their servers that the server is being streamed to PBbans. We run a scrolling message in the server the states. "CHEATER BEWARE: This server is streaming to PBBans.com" I am beginning to think maybe this is stopping some bans because the people leave the server when they see it and go to another server to use their hacks. I am not sure and was just thinking. Really I am curious if other admins run a similar message in game or not. I mainly did it when I started streaming because I am proud that we stream our servers and want everyone on the server to know it's safe. But I want to catch the losers that hack and not let them get away a ruin a good server that is not streaming. Thanks for all the comments in advance. Captainmskii Malicious Mafia

Oh I am so sorry. I noticed I had the wrong Ip entered. I corrected the issue and will redo the streaming process. Thanks for the Help!

Hello, I had all three streaming yesterday with no problems. I noticed today that the 208.100.45.156 server had the wrong game name. It was set for BF2142 when it should have been BF2. So I deleted it and re-added it the account manager. I just resent the commands to have it streaming through BF2CC. The server is still not streaming please help. Thanks Capt.

Well I just deleted the one with the wrong game name and re-added it to the list. I guess I will wait to see what happens.
