Well thank you all for the information, i noticed i could not always hear my footsteps in COD2 (500 FPS normal) but assumed others could :huh: . I guess i won't get upset about the 125 limit anymore, although i do notice a BIG difference in aiming/shooting performance at the lower FPS.
As for those who say nothing over 60FPS makes a difference because of the human eye... the human eye can detect no more than 15 images per second. I know it does not make sense but when i opened up my FPS and dumped my Duplicate packets so i get about 250 FPS in COD4 i noticed an instant 20+ kill increase per game. So much so it only took about 12 hours the last time i leveled up to 55 on PB enabled servers.
Just my 2 cents, i think FPS and packetdup do make a big difference. i've never had any issues with PB lag tho.
