So, you will have to appeal it at two different areas. EB and here.

Not sure. Any red or orange can do it. It just depends on what work they have to do. I would do it, but I do not have the access to approve the servers. We don't really have a nighttime server manager. lol Don't feel bad though. I have a server waiting for approval also. :)

You have to wait for one of the orange or red staff members to approve the server to stream and you should be good to go then.

And who would read them? :P

You have to choose which country you want from the drop-down list. However, it is a 3rd party site like Pbbans.

You will have to wait till an orange or red staff member comes online and approves it. That is not my area.
