its not an error... its just some hackers telling PB to ban you for a hack you dont have. :P

it is static but because of his ISP it assigns him a new IP everytime he connects to there server because hes useing a VPN most likely, which will just assign him a ip when he connects -

Well, from what ive heard, when u send them hacks, they add a random piece of code from it to there ban list, which makes it easy for hackers to exploit it and ban you by sending you a piece of the code over IRC then ur Banned.
