    Just remove them altogether, or have your server running in a mod setting like PAM4, or Promod. Unless you want all the perks, you can still disable the airstrike and helis alone, but to actually change damage values I belive you have to run a mod where it is changed.

    Couldn't get it to install. Download RC1. Unrar. Run Setup.exe Did some com checks or something and said I need to update some files and restart. Did that. Restarted, ran setup again, same thing as above. Seems to be caught in a loop.
