Click the AccCP link at the top of the page > Manage Server > Add New Servers. If you have already updated the Ucon profile on your servers, you should soon be streaming.

The folder may be hidden or may not exist if you have not recorded any demos. Vista 64-bit commonly has it as a hidden folder. You can simply create the folder if you like. You may also wish to try the COD4 Demo Player from Cyopat.net for easy demo viewing from the original recording location.

Not true. 1 CD-Key = 1 GUID.

A hardware change will not give you a new GUID. The GUID is an encrypted version of the CD-Key and is unique to that CD-Key. As Big_Guy and RoadWarrior mentioned in prior posts, linked GUIDs primarily result from dynamic IP addresses. Try your search on the MPi by pulling the players current GUID from your server logs rather than searching by player alias. Then conduct your due diligence by reviewing the linked GUIDs for common aliases, etc. This should help you make an informed decision regarding applicants.

Part of the problem is that your cvar entry above is not checking for a range or value. EDIT: MCi for SGA & above only.

PB in not enabled and you have a little Master Server problem as well.

News to me. From what I understand you can run the Mod as ranked or it is unranked as soon as your restrict weapons and (most) perks. Even in unranked mode (XP does not accumulate for stock game) the Mod can have its own ranking system (i.e. you can rank up within OW, AWE, ACE, etc), but the XP gained in the Mod will not transfer to your ranked profile when not playing the Mod (i.e stock game). Perhaps I am mistaken.

Run a Mod that restricts the weapon type, install B3 (BigBrotherBot + AntiNoob plugin), or police it continually. The first option is the easiest, but a Mod will cause it to be unranked.
