Blacklisting typically results from the server IP showing up on the MPi or is running cracked. What is the server IP:port?

In order to submit a game demo you need to be an SGA with a streaming game server.

What you are seeing is that many GUIDs become linked by IP address, which is unreliable as the only source because of dynamic IP assignment by ISPs.

PBBans must verify the integrity of data supporting a ban (i.e. streaming servers).

Unless your server (assuming for a moment this was on your server) is streaming to PBBans and your are a Streaming Game Admin (SGA), nothing can be done with this information.

Simply add your second server via your Account Control Panel, set up the server to stream, and wait for server approval by Staff.

Evidence is only as good as its source. PBBans has taken the necessary precautions to verify their sources of data through the streaming application process. All evidence must coincide with streamed server logs. In order to submit evidence (PBSS, demos, logs) you must first apply and be accepted as a Streaming Game Admin or provide the data to an SGA of the streaming server on which the data was captured. Moreover, the data must take its proper form to be considered. Xfire demos are not proper form; only demos recorded via the game software are valid for the purposes of review.

From TWL NA COD4 Rule Set: If your friend was a registered player with TWL (GUID submitted) and was caught cheating the consequences are listed in I, II, III above. If he was not registered, then the player can buy a new retail copy of the the game, register with TWL, and join a team. The fact that he attempted to register with a banned GUID may change the interpretation by TWL. You should consult with TWL staff for the final word. Cheating has consequences; hopefully the lesson is clear.

Visit AON (Airdale Ops Network) and inquire about your ban. PBBans allows server administrators, at their discretion, to enforce external bans lists (EBL) from other reputable anti-cheat sites through the PBBans Hub.

The most recent COD4 PB updates were specific to the client (player side). and The server version of PB has supposedly not been altered since version 1.74. Many players, including myself, have experienced the Disallowed Program/Driver 125120 kick since the COD4 PB Client update on 6/30/09. Initially, it appears we were able to resolve the kick issues by updating the PB software on our servers despite the fact that the server version has not changed from 1.74. Edit: While initial results were promising, the issue persists.

PBBans is not PunkBuster. PunkBuster software is written by EvenBalance. Sounds like an ISP problem. Perhaps you should talk to your provider. I guess we will see you back here soon.

You need to be a server admin and have access to Rcon or the server configuration files to enable/configure PunkBuster screenshots.

You will need to become a Streaming Game Admin (apply, set up servers to stream, acceptance) and submit your demos in the appropriate forum at that time. To view a demo, place the demo file (.dm1) in the following folder: Drop down your console ( ~ key) and type demo (insert file name here).
