I changed clan and team info at my profile, can I now try to have streaming server. I have admin rights at it ?

Map Castle. Peoples under ground are glitching and annoying others. No response for warnings. Server is streamed by PBBans. I'm wondering about possibility, how to pay attention pbbans at this kind of players. Is possibility to kick player by punkbuster, not beeing rcon user? What for is command "pb_kick no". Looking forward to hearing from you...
