I will try to explain once again: PBBans will raise a ban only under the following cases: 1. PunkBuster Violations 2. PBBans Cheat/Hack Violations: 3. PunkBuster Screenshots/Demo from a SGA showing clearly that a hack was in use at the time the screenshot or demo was taken. In no other cases PBBans will raise a ban.

Every PC has its own processes running... so it's like you send a friend to your doctor pretending to solve your problems (when your friends has headache and you have a broken leg)...

Couldn't agree more. And, IF you ask me.. no it's not a valid detection. And I was not able to find a ban because of that... I seriously doubt that a program, which allows you to stream information to a website and create a live signature with them (NOT Gaming related) is a CHEAT and how would that cause "a global guid ban"... <_<

Well, I can't really find this any interesting honestly. And even if it would be, who would care, come on! Dignitas is just a bunch of !#@ playing only for money, and stealing all the sponsors >.< so the others organizations have to pay all by themselves while they can just earn money over and over. And it wouldn't surprise me if they would do something like that. Perhaps, if you wish you could post here those IP Addresses, so we could check them :)

Greetings, I will try to reply to your questions: If you aren't a streaming admin, and even if you are, you cannot report a player like that. PBBans issue a BAN only with solid evidences of cheating, such as streamed server logs and PunkBuster Screenshots. You are also able to submit a demo when you are a Streaming Game Admin. Has your server PunkBuster? If so, you can ban him through pb_sv_BanMask 12.34.56.78 where 12.34.56.78 is the IP Address of the player. If you have full administrative control of your server, you can start streaming with PBBans. It is very simple: you can follow this instructions, and join PBBans! I hope that helps :)

Go on console, and type rcon password pb_sv_ver. If it doesn't say anything, Punkbuster is not enabled. If punkbuster is enabled but you are running an old version of it (check versions at http://www.evenbalance.com/), you should update it with rcon password pb_sv_update. If the problem still persist, contact evenbalance support.
