PBBans should make an iPhone app

I am trying to get my streaming account activated, but when I try to my browser say this: This webpage is not available The webpage at http://www.pbbans.com/forums/please-reactivate-my-account-t144356.html might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address. Here are some suggestions: Reload this web page later. Error 7 (net::ERR_TIMED_OUT): The operation timed out. It has been doing this for 3 days now. How do I get my account activated again if the web site does not work?

How will I know if it is configured correctly?

How do I know PBBans is running on my server? Isn't the console supposed to say something in game? If so how do I get the console to say that PBBans is streaming to the server? Thank you.
