No PunkBuster (FairFight only), no third party rcon (little or no server control to the server owners), no third party anti-cheat (cheaters / hackers and server rule breakers will abound), possibly no servers to rent (all servers would be run by DICE). It is a sad state of affairs for BF players.

Unless you can provide screen shots from a server which streams its logs to PBBans, there is nothing you can do except complain to the server admin. Just be aware that, if you complain too much, you could end up being banned your self.

I have been using their online site for the cell service outage in my area. It makes it easy to see if it is the cell service provider or your equipment.

There is nothing for you to do except wait for Even Balance to reply. If they have and they have denied your appeal then there is nothing else you can do except buy the game again.

The "suspected cheating" reason would be the result of your global ban by Even Balance. As server owners, they have every right to control who they allow on their servers and that ban is all the proof the server admins need. A player does not have to be cheating to get kicked / banned from a server. If you break the server rules, you can get kicked or banned. If you are so good that you disrupt the server, you can get kicked / banned. They don't have to provide proof or an explanation to the player.

Some players, such as your case, have been advised that they format their hard drives and reload their OS and games. They just have to be sure that they only load what they need and not load anything they don't use any more or use very little. As you load each piece of software, be sure to play the game to see if that software sets off the ban. Of course you need to buy a new Cd key for your game.

He obviously has not tried to download a game from either Steam or Origin. That speed drop happens all the time. Of course, comcast may have been restricting his bandwidth when it sensed the large download.

"Official" servers do not kick hackers and their Admins cannot do so. Admins of "Ranked" servers cannot turn off PB so PB kicks are possible even without streaming to PBBans or other such services. If you want to hack....only look for the official type.

That is not true. I have seen many screen shots taken when the player has their game minimized. They show what ever the player's screen is displaying when the shot was taken. I have seen shots of facebook, porn, word processing programs, and even bank credit card accounts! I also saw one of a hack site that the player went to while they were playing on my server. I posted a lengthy warning about it on my clan's forums when I saw it.
