i just playing battlefield 3, when i try to connect to the server named [C34] #2 Enjoy game server "HOT Rushman "(*^_^*), it's Singapore region. My game was disconnected and there's a notice from my browser like this :
Game disconnected: you were kicked by PunkBuster. Stated reason: PunkBuster permanent ban issued on this Game Server for player 'PowerTech2nd' ... Prior Kick/Ban
i dont know why i got banned, i never use cheat or illegal program
what should i do to get unbanned from this sever ?? sorry for bad english and i'am newbie here
