Hey! I stumbled across this thread and hope you are still around to pass the appeal. I opened a ticket back in 2022 but gave up after I got no response from them. My ticket:

I don't see any bans when searching the GUID on pbbans, yet I can't play on any of the PB servers. So I never got any information for what I got banned for other than it is a global PB ban.
I started playing on a new account after that on the same PC sometime after the ban (might have been same day even, can't remember for sure). The same ban didn't occur on the new account even though I made no changes to the hardware nor software. Now fast forward 4 years later (yesterday) I got banned on JAH server (admin decision, not PB) since my account is linked to the global PB banned account. So here I am once again trying to find a way to get my false positive ban lifted.
