Access to account

I recently saw a player who had a specialized greeting through the pbbans hub when they entered the server and I would like to change mine. I am not apart of any clan, but I play regularly with =BFS= who is apart of the streaming community. Is there any way I can gain access to my account to change my greeting without being apart of a clan?
