Canforce1 Posted October 7, 2009 Share Posted October 7, 2009 (edited) Guys wondering if you ever seen when some one joins a server in Bf2 and there IGN changes to say from Killer to Killer-24? I have seen this & was wondering was causes it . It seems they are branded as a name hack after this and it's obvious they are not hackers and who would put a -24 on their name if they wanted to name hack. Big_Guy21 Posted October 7, 2009 Share Posted October 7, 2009 I do believe this is an error with the way EA or gamespy handle account logins. I do believe that if a player is still connected to the account server, then connects again with the same account, gamespy appends the player ID to the end of the name. :D Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
