In a completely different region and on a completely different ISP. I believe this fellow here namehacked you and then got himself banned due to hacking. :) From my point of view, this ban has nothing whatsoever to do with you. Your GUID is completely clean. There is a ban under for CoDiamonds here, but it's for a different name and different IP from the ones listed under your current GUID.
