Server showing as inactive / not streaming :-(

Hello I recently got an email saying my server was not streaming. My server is new so it is not populated all the time. I have added the command pb_sv_task 0 7200 pb_sv_ver and obviously it hasn't helped. Any ideas what I could do? My server ip is 69.12.100.69:16567

 

I used the webtool provided in a link I found from another topic. Everything ran smooth. Just let me know what else I may have to do. Thanks folks.
