How do i get league admin axxs plz?

Hi there i am in the process of setting up a Bad Company League and wanted to know how i get League Admin status?

 

The software is still being set up here http://www.bc2leagues.co.uk/index.php

 

I need information on what is needed to run this league especially punkbuster configs and server streaming for participating clans.

From the looks of it the league is still new so you will not be able to get league admin access for the time being. On top of that league admin access has some requirements that must be met.
