Help! PB setting Bc2

Hi, i need help! i have put on my server bc2 the files pbucon.use and pbsv.cfg, in automated streaming setup tool not work, and not work with procon :(

if i search my server ip in Check Streaming Server, i see this message: Server 81.19.214.145:17567 was not found.... why? :(
