Server won't stream

Hi, my server has streamed fine here for a few years, but earlier this month it stopped. I've tried the Automated Hub setup several times, which tells me it's ready to stream, but it's still not streaming. Not sure what to do. Please help.

 

My account ID = 4471

Server IP = 91.192.208.88:28930

Thanks for your quick reply. I've added the server to my account. Strange though that it was deleted ????? .It's just pending approval now.
