Clan Tag Already In Use

I am trying submit an application for PBBans, but its telling me that the community tag that we use is already in use. We have used this tag for the last 10 years. Is there any way around this so that I can get my application submitted?

just add a small additional character

 

this is mainly for administrative purposes and you are not obligated to use the tag ingame

 

for example my community uses

if it was taken i could use
