bans by region?

does anyone know or does anyone have a list or map or anything that shows what regions has the most pbbans?

I personally downloaded my ban list, ran a regex to extract the IP's then ran them through a geo lookup. From 1000 bans on my cod4 server I found Russia, Germany then Poland to be source of the of most bans accounting for around 52% between them.
