"No Hotlinking" image on ban page

I was checking out the bans for today and something seems wrong with one of the country flags. Brazil I think. I'm attaching a screenshot in case you need to see.

 

Is this just an issue with me, or are others seeing this as well?

I had this issue a while ago, just with one flag. Just ignored it to be honest, it soon disappeared :D
