I am one of a few admin on the clan Crazy Canucks, lately i was asked by a player to help him. He was permanently banned by pb from our server. He proved he did not deserve it and Ive been trying to unban him.

 

I tried using PB_SV_UnBanGUID HIS_GUID but right away it says "PunkBuster Server Commands Ignored"

 

so it wont even let me work with punkbuster.

 

help please?

 

 

also, off topic, i know pb kicks for violations to its cvar list, but is there a manual or site to help how to fix the violations?

I was.... turns out you have to type in "admin" before the pb_sv_unbanGUID
