Dúvidas sobre a punição

Bom dia,

Utilizei um programa que me beneficiava com um wall hack. Utilizei uma vez só e o PB me informou que fui banido em 1200 minutos. Estes 1200 minutos já passaram e o PB continua me banindo. Não utilizo mais o hack e já até deletei do computador. Fiz um appeal mas foi negado, provavelmente como é feito com todos os que utilizam hack (e pra ajudar, meu ingles não é muito bom).

Gostaria de saber o que devo fazer.

Do not use the hack more and have even deleted the computer. I made an appeal but was denied, probably as is done with all those who use hack (and to help my English is not very good).

I would suggest not using hacks or cheats for starters. But it's too late now as you are Globally banned. :fryingpan:

Hm, ok, i should buy a new key or i should buy a new game, creating a new account on the origin? Or this is the same thing?

I would not use hacks again, but i need to know if my IP wont be a trouble for the new account, will be?
