Problem with cb cfg on server

Hi, so my problem is that I can't turn on cb_cod2.cfg on my server, I uploaded this file on server's ftp and nothing. Then I used all those commands to turn it on and still nothing. Thing is that I want to play cb on it but players dont get kicked when they use 333 etc. How to install it properly then?

The command "PB_SV_LOAD" takes one parameter (a filename), typing in "PB_SV_LOAD ABC.CFG" tells PunkBuster to load the PB configuration file called "ABC.CFG".
