inactive stream

Hello i thought i set up the stream correct.But it says "inactive".So i am trying to get help from a PBBans staffer.

Here is my bf3 server info

re-ran the hub set up..says it is streaming.But I do not see announcements being announced or server greetings...After I re-ran the hub set up I restarted the server and still nothing....
