What setting is best for max FPS:

 

pb_sv_cvar com_maxfps OUT 0.000001 40

OR

pb_sv_cvar com_maxfps IN 40 125

I've never played CoD2 so this is only my personal opinion.

I would use pb_sv_cvar com_maxfps IN 40 125.
