Account reactivation - how long will that usually take?

Our pbbans account was marked inactive and I was wondering how long does this usually take to reactivate? we need pbbans on our servers.

Add an New Server to our Streaming Account and wait 12 - 24 hours.

http://www.pbbans.com/streaming-application.html says: You have an account from a previous application (AccID 14359).

You can visit the AccountCP to manage your account. If you see any errors feel free to contact a PBBans staff member.

 

I then go to: http://account.pbbans.com/ and I get ** Access Denied **

** Access Denied **

Account 14359 is inactive. 

 

I submitted a ticket for an account reactivation last night, So I will wait a bit to see what happens.

Yep my PC is boxed up currently so I'm using my laptop ;)

 

Team account has been activated but for lite streaming only, due to not being able to locate the roster on your site (a mandatory requirement for full streaming).

 

You can add your servers again now and should you be able to provide a link to your team roster, showing in game names of your members, we'll upgrade you then :)

Hi! Thanks for the reactivation, sorry for coming across as impatient, I have moved the team roster to our Battlefield 4 Ban Appeal forum, it should be visible there, just in case I have PM'd you the link.
