Full Access to MPI

Evening,

 

Could someone please tell me how I gain full access to the Master Player Index? I am a clan admin and manage our servers which I think allows me to gain full access?

 

I did a few searches but I cant find anything detailing how to gain access (or im typing wrong search criteria probably)

 

Any help appreciated.
