Hialgo switch punkbuster compatibility

Hi, I wanted to ask if punkbuster detects hialgo switch as a cheat. From my understanding it's an injector which makes the game run at 50% the current resolution. This would expecially help my performance because i can't lower the resolution below 1024x768.
