Want to get rid of linked accounts (Battlefield)

So i am banned via pb and ggc for cheating in battlefield.

 

I have been creating new accounts with a battlefield 4 (Purchased them , they are not gametime ones) and it gets banned again and again and the reason given by them was linked account.

 

So i want to avoid it and create a new account without getting banned,some are people tell to change the ip address and hardware.

 

So my question is what parts of my computer should i change if i get a new ip ?
