Not streaming

Now that i got the approval... everything set. All configs correctly done. 
No stream
Can i get some help here?

This is our new server. The last one that has closed, we constantly have this same problem.
We were donators. But always receive this message: not streaming. And the clan members get very disapointed.
So, can you help in order to protect our server and we became donators again?
