Benway I followed these steps to the letter:

1. Unzip and upload both pbucon.use and pbbans_hub.cfg to your server PB folder.

 

2. Edit your pbsv.cfg file and add the line: pb_sv_load pbbans_hub.cfg

 

3. Restart PB with pb_sv_restart or restart your server

how did you restart punkbuster server, so the config will take effect?

I did /rcon pb_sv_restart and /exec server.cfg as well but no streaming thank you
