i recommend to raise pb_sv_USessionLimit setting of your server by one, i.e. from default setting:

 

/rcon pb_sv_USessionLimit 2 *

 

to 3 (or more depending on opened ucon sessions) ... my money is on a yawn session.

 

 

*note: the number 2 is required for pbbans hub streaming, 1 for the actual stream, 2 will ease hub restarts.
