Screenshots are coming out reduced?

Im new to Screenshots is there a way to get the screenshots to come out as they are attempting

 

Is says attempting 800x400

resuslts in 400x 200

 

I know that all the screenshots do i see here are like this but is ther anyway to get them larger?

 

And there are some screen shots that are completely black not PB info , no name, no description ...noting just an all black screen any ideas ?

... normal, pbss are limited to ~82k pixel

 

 

considerable sample rates are 1 and 2, 4 would output a biger image detail, downside it will look like return to castle legoland, so e.g. all your nifty Hud items would dislplay as a single pixel ;p ... the method of choice is to tweak the position on screen according to what you'r looking for if required, as a random example: pb_sv_SsXpct 99 pb_sv_SsYpct 1 [that would read (x=99%,y=1%) in ss]
