Demo Recording

Can anyone tell me how to record other players, or if there is a way to do so? I have read the post on recording http://www.pbbans.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=41554

 

and from what I can tell, I can only record myself, and name the demo file whatever I like.

while you're in spectate drop the console and issue the commands, You'll record whoever your speccing at the time.
