Need to change our port for streaming

Hi, my old server ip 66.225.198.131:28960

 

has been changed to 66.225.198.131:28929

 

do i need to delete the old one and make a new one?

 

or is there a way i can manuley change the port?

 

as of right now my server is not streaming.
