i have an account with PBBANS and our servers have been down for quite some time. we have deiciced to bring them back up but i have noticed i dont have the rights to add the servers to my account also when i try to submit an application its says our clan tags are in use i am wondering if it could be that when i sent in my first application and got it setup that it is reckonizing it.

this is my account information we at HBS would love to get back to streaming with your server to our new servers if i can possibly get help on how to get my pbbans account back to the level to where i can manage my servers on pbbbans that would be great. any help is appreciated!
