The player did not appeal the ban here at PBBans so we have no information regarding the TT submitted. I have advised him to do appeal here in another thread. EB have also not advised us as yet that this violation # is a false positive or invalid. Until we get advised otherwise by EvenBalance themselves we consider every violation valid and will therefore ban for it. At this stage we have 984 #50104 bans for CoD4 on the MBi. any luck? I notice that you are still not streaming. pbucon.use file is in the pb folder? PB was enabled when you tried to stream and if not , now that it has been enabled have you restarted PB? Perhaps the issue is with the host and a NAT firewall? - Sorry if this has all been gone through; was not on IRC today. Whatever the case, trust me - we can get it streaming B) My clan had an issue when we first tried to stream here back in '06 and I cannot begin to tel you the support I had.. as it turns out it was a host problem but once we changed hosts we have never looked back :D So dont give up .. it is worth it ;) @(*0*)@

do you have the server IP please? and have you checked to see if the server is already streaming under an account via this tool If your server is already streaming and you are a server admin then get in contact with the Master User and ask them to add you as a user to the account. If the server used to stream and no longer does then please contact myself or another staff member and we can sort this out for you. @(*0*)@

Think we got this sorted on IRC but for the benefit of others; PBBans will only ban from demo submissions contributed by a server admin that streams to PBBans. The same goes for ScreenShot submissions. Please remember that if you have a demo or SS submission that clearly shows a cheat to contact the admin of the server and to verify that they stream to PBBans. If for some reason they are yet to stream to PBbans then you are welcome to point them in the right direction by linking to our Information Centre :D @(*0*)@

Your server IP appears on the MPi, so it may be on a linux server but that IP has been used to play on as well. Please read our ToS which reads in part. 1. Terms & Definitions 1.1 Game Server - A game server shall be defined as a network server running a program that acts as a hub for clients to connect to for the purpose of interaction. For the purposes of clarification, [b]PBBans will only allow streaming from dedicated servers and not from LAN or personal computers. [/b] If you colocate the server at a datacentre let us know and we can arrange to allow the server to stream again. @(*0*)@

PB scans for files on a players system and when they find cheat related ones they issue a ban for it. Obviously your member had something on his system that you and your clan leader did not have ;) Also being targeted by a group of cheaters because you banned your member from your forums also points a very large finger at your (ex) member. I would say that you and your clan leader have uncovered a cheat and he didnt like it. Get the server streaming here to PBBans, use our latest MD5 and CVAR checks and keep the bastards honest I say :D for info to pass on to you clan leader regarding streaming you cant go past our Information Centre Which includes info about what we do and how to get started in using the Hub to stream. And please, DO NOT try and test out cheats or you too will find yourself in a bad place and on several lists :rolleyes: As Amcorp advises - pass any info on to EvenBalance. Leave the cheat detection to the experts and rely on us to keep your server as clean and fair as possible. :ok: @(*0*)@

Your information is flawed. You did not submit the demo as only Streaming Game admins can; The reply's to denied appellants are automated so a staff member would not have been rude to you. And, We do not finance the hackers by purchasing their cheats. A link to back up your assertions is the only way this thread can be taken seriously. Perhaps you have come to the wrong forums? @(*0*)@

Im not an expert by any means - But I would presume that if you used the ftp method for configuring streaming on the server and uploaded the pbsv.cfg and pbucon.use file into the folder named pb_amd_64 then that should work, alternatively you could ask to have the pb_amd_64 folder renamed to pb and put the relevant files in there, that would work as well but requires another support ticket.. I dont think the folder name makes much difference as long as all the files are in the correct directory. i.e pbucon.use and pbsv.cfg need to be in the same folder as the rest of the pb files. Let us know if that works :) @(*0*)@

You say that the PB folder was empty until you put the pbucon.use and pbsv.cfg files were in there? May I suggest that you reinstall PB to the server? Could be a corrupt install as the folder should have more files in it than that. Also, are you streaming to anywhere else with the server? Perhaps a cfg conflict is causing the issue. We will be able to get the server streaming eventually Im sure - just may take a little working it out. The PB folder doesnt sound right though. Feel free to come onto IRC to speak to staff for help. http://www.pbbans.com/mbi-viewban-f53b116d-vb25858.html ban is from a US IP from 2007. Somewhere along the line the US IP has been linked to a UK guid and the player Blaze has been linked due to dynamic IPs. f0c56db2 is a clean guid and that is the important info here. @(*0*)@
