You may want to submit a ticket to gameservers.com as they can check the error logs to see what happened.

I only had a BF3 server from them for a while...The server ran good with no issues. I never tried a MoH:W server.

I don't think we can do that as it would be too much of a load on the hub and database servers. But, I could be wrong. MaydaX would have to tell you.
