The new internet explorer 8 is out in the beta stage.
Hopefully, no one gets global banned for using this software since it is a beta and could be full of bugs. lol

It would have to be the admin for the server who submits them. Plus that admin will have to make sure their server was streaming at the time. And what game is this for?

...Better tell them to stream here as well if you want the cheats to actually be caught. -
I dont see why they added PB support for this game since they did not fix the PBUCON bug in the regular game that assists with streaming. It says it on the MSI:
Crysis is not fully supported as there is a bug in PBUCON that prevents streaming when a server is empty. Crytek said this will not be fixed as the next patch has been canceled.They should fix the first game before coming out with a new one. <_>

I hope this issue with PB is fixed before this game comes out or there will be no one buying any game servers or the game itself for that matter. :(

The plan is to alternate the releases between Treyarch and Infinity Ward and put them on about a 2 year release cycle. It said in the IGN article that it should be out no later than the end of the first quarter 09. So I would assume they are aiming for Christmas season of this year.
Call of duty 6 is currently in development by Infinity Ward, though no major announcements are out that I am aware of.

Re the pbss, there have been no reports as far as I'm aware of any problems with the auto pbss feature of bf2.
Is the path to the default PB svss set correctly in your pbsv.cfg ?
pb_sv_SsPath "" //[Path where remote screenshots are saved]
the path would be "/svss/". But I did it with and without the trailing slash and it still does not work.
