Those are all linked GUIDs via the IPs. Your Isp is using dynamic IPs and the other people using it aren't as legit in their game play as you. Don't worry about it Pbbans only bans via GUID and not IPs so it won't make a difference in your game play
Exactly.
Unfortunatly Pbbans can't remove any of those links to your GUID. Any SGA or league that searches your GUID should see that its linked due to Dynamic IP's.

My clan runs 3 2142 servers. On one of our servers I have the welcome messages active and it really displays that we stream to pbbans everywhere. I find that we don't catch many hackers anymore in that server. But on one of our other server we usually catch one every week. Its something with the advertising that you stream to pbbans that discourages hackers from joining.
I find that my regulars love the fact that we stream to pbbans and thats one of the main reasons they join my clans servers.

True but hackers are stupid. They might also be able to develop a program for the routers so the schools can install on there end and no matter what the person tries they won't be able to get on these sites. The program is just a beta right now I bet there will be tons of updates and extra features will surly get added.

This would be a great thing for the colleges and stuff. It could probably block a lot of hackers from getting to their sites.

Do me a favor go into your logs and post up the log entries about your kick. You can change your GUID and IP if you want since this is a public area.
Looks like your name or tag is on the badname list but as you say its empty.
I wonder could this be registered tags doing the kicking?
Maybe an admin with more expierence with that part of pb can answer.

Try joining the server. Then post up exactly word for word what error you get. It will make it easier on us to find out how to help you.

PB_SV_BadNameList
Displays the current bad name list for the Game Server; see the section dealing with the Player Name Management Facility
Use this command to delete an entry from the bad name list
PB_SV_BadNameDel [slot #]
Deletes a bad name from the list of bad names

Not entirely true Duality. With an IP address a lot can be done. Granted more info makes it easier. Just depends how knowledgable they are.
I wouldn't worry though. I am sure the guy has no clue where to even begin to screw with you. Just some newb trying to scare you. I wouldn't worry I doubt hed even take the time to try.

I belive thats your server.
You already have the Enforce Bans Flag checked so you don't need to download the ban list. When a player connects to your server the Enforce Bans Flag checks the players GUID against the MBI and if they are on the MBI it removes them from the server and then it adds a ban to your local banlist.

I went to the MSI page when not logged in and it didn't show the Tools area. Is that something that SGA's and above have only?

I would like to take the time on behalf of my clan to thank all pbbans staff members for everything that they do. Since we started streaming on March 11th of this year we have caught 34 hackers(32 already banned 2 pending). I never realized how many hackers we had coming into our servers till we started streaming. We have caught some and many players were already on the MBI but were playing in our servers. You guys do a great service to the community. Again on behalf of Total Newb Annihilation thank you pbbans.

Also to fix the communication errors with punkbsterA and B. You need to make sure that the services are running properly. Go into your services section and make sure that punkbusterA and B are both set to run automaticly and aren't on Manual. This has helped a lot of my clan members who have that issue. If you need more specific instructions I can provide them.

hmmm I don't use smartftp. I use the ftp protocol built into IE. Maybe someone who uses that program can help you out.

The root pb folder is where your SVSS folder is located is where your svlogs folder is located. You will see the pbbans.dat file and a few other config and dll files. You will see the current pbsvuser.cfg file in there. All you do is upload the pbsvuser.cfg file to that same spot and replace the old one. Then restart pb or the game server itself and then you are good to go.

Make sure you add the MD5 Checks to your server as well.

It looks like you have a 2142 server from what your title is. Use the 2142cc setup option in the hubguide that DalynX posted. Thats the best way to setup 2142 servers.

Yes If you shifted to a dedicated server hosted from an data center you will be able to stream again.
