You have to submit a application http://www.pbbans.com/account_application.php Once approved your server will be added then it will show as streaming or not streaming

I have melee bound to my scroll up, it's doesn't make it go any faster just means a quicker reaction time for me to staby staby :) The main issue now is binding attack to the wheel and for single shot weapons it make them fire a lot faster.

If you use pb to ban it gets saved in the pbbans.dat file, I am not sure where it gets saved if you use the game itself. Try the mod folder that the server is running ie main, pam4, etc

If a server doesn't stream for a period of a day it gets deactivated, when this happens admins can reactivate in the account manager. Common cause is they forget the pb task pb_sv_task 0 7200 pb_sv_ver. You can't access the account because the user is Inkblot1.
