We suspended new violations for Aimbot #50074 in Call of Duty 2 a few days ago and removed all bans where the alias ended with a space followed by an "s" because it triggers the violation without using a cheat. Even Balance is aware of the issue and currently looking into it. 18 Call of Duty 2 Bans have been removed from the MBI and unban commands sent out on Aug 21, 2011 for hub streaming servers.

After looking at the prices I'm even more happy that other games have not opted into a "only trusted provider" policy. Competition is a wonderful thing.
Also going around that TDM is limited to 24 players max. If it turns out to be true then that's a big disappointment for me.
Technically Black Ops copied EA and added their own twist. It was the first COD to use a trusted providers system but seems that policy has been reversed for MW3.
