That's a rude and inappropriate way of fetching data after sending out a formal request asking to stop downloading. Shame this went the way it did, but I think the decision made by PBBans on this matter is the right one. According to the votes/replies in the topic/poll regarding the downloadable banlists that MaydaX put up this morning, the admins that stream to PBBans will fortunately not really suffer from this.

Thank god for Linux distributions :) Shame that only Win2008 is supported with BF3...

He is not saying that it's fake, he's saying that it's too easy to fake a video and that's why PBBans does not accept it as evidence. Videos like these can not be verified with streaming data like for example PB screenshots can. The only thing you can do is submit this video to the admins of that server and hope they ban him. If he is using an aimbot he will probably get caught sooner or later.

Ik heb zelf geen ervaring met Enemy Territory, maar heb je misschien wat meer info in je PB logs staan? Misschien dat je kan kijken met welk IP de desbetreffende speler joined en vervolgens deze bannen via PB.
