how do you view the pb screen shots. do you do it like bfbc2 with http ://ip/ip.pbss.html or do it another way?

i have done it the way it said in the post with the BC2 Guardian but it still shows that it is not streamming -
i need some help to get my server set up to stream to pbbans the ip to the server is 68.232.182.178:19567
